“Make my joy complete by being like-minded having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose."    Philippians 2:2
Teams are important!  To establish the reason why a team is important you don’t have to go very far in the Bible to find the first team. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit have been a together from the beginning. Before you start building your team ministry you dare not recruit a team until you believe in the value of a team and you are ready to count the cost.  This presentation will cover the five reasons not to build a team and five good reasons why you should build a team ministry.

Learn how to equip, support, motivate, mentor, and release your women to become all that God intended for them to be and do. This is not a class on Spiritual Gifts although gifts will be discussed, but more on how to analyze your woman’s ministry so that it can be a gift-oriented ministry and passionate spiritually.

Created for Good Works - Spiritual Gifts      “For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”  Ephesians 2:10
